Abstract
"APERFEIçOAMENTOS INTRODUZIDOS EM EDIFICAçãO PARA USO RESIDENCIAL E/OU COMERCIAL". Do tipo que compreende uma estrutura básica de assentamento e sustentação para a fixação estável da edificação sobre um terreno, uma porção habitável, na qual são definidos os cómodos delimitados por paredes internas e externas e uma cobertura para a edificação. Os aperfeiçoamentos compreendem no fato da parte habitável ser definida por uma estrutura esférica (20) internamente subdividida em cómodos diversos (21), por meio de paredes divisórias (22) e , pelo menos, um pavimento interno (23), sendo toda parede esférica externa concebida por placas de aço fixadas entre si, sendo previstas nesta parede externa aberturas de dimensões determinadas, fechadas por janelas (24) e/ou por portas de acesso (25); sendo dita parte esférica habitável sustentada de forma suspensa por um conjunto de estrutural (10) montado sobre sapatas de ancoragem (2); sendo que internamente a esse conjunto estrutural de sustentação (10) são transpassados para o interior da esfera habitável (20) os respectivos sistemas, hidráulico, de telecomunicações e elétrico necessários; estando toda esfera habitável (20) internamente revestida com material isolante térmico, e acústico; sendo o acesso a seu interior definido por uma rampa ou escada (29)."IMPROVEMENTS INTRODUCED IN BUILDING FOR RESIDENTIAL AND / OR COMMERCIAL USE".
