Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA A SEPARAçãO E RECUPERAçãO DE PROTEìNA E DE ISOFLAVONAS DE UM MATERIAL VEGETAL". Um processo melhorado para separar e recuperar a proteína e isoflavonas de um material vegetal contendo os mesmos. Um extrato clarificado de proteína do material vegetal é preparado e colocado em contato com uma resina trocadora de íons polar, deixando-se que as isoflavonas no extrato se liguem à resina trocadora de íons e extraindo do extrato as isoflavonas. Um extrato de proteína com as isoflavonas extraídas é separado da resina trocadora de íons, e um material de proteína com as isoflavonas extraídas é recuperado do extrato com as isoflavonas extraídas. Depois da remoção do extrato com as isoflavonas extraídas da resina, as isoflavonas são separadas e recuperadas da resina trocadora de íons. An improved process to separate and recover protein and isoflavones from plant material containing them. A clarified protein extract from the plant material is prepared and placed in contact with a polar ion exchange resin, allowing the isoflavones in the extract to bind to the ion exchange resin and extracting the isoflavones from the extract. A protein extract with the extracted isoflavones is separated from the ion exchange resin, and a protein material with the extracted isoflavones is recovered from the extract with the extracted isoflavones. After removing the extract with the isoflavones extracted from the resin, the isoflavones are separated and recovered from the ion exchange resin. The isoflavone glycosides and the isoflavone glycoside conjugates can be converted into their corresponding aggluconate isoflavone form.
