Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"DISPOSITIVO E PROCESSO PARA A TROCA SIMPLIFICADA DE MANCAIS DE ROLAMENTO EM ESCADAS ROLANTES E ESTEIRAS ROLANTES"<D>. As escadas rolantes e as esteiras rolantes contêm na estrutura de suporte (2) suportes auxiliares (9), nos quais pode ser fixado rigidamente o grupo estrutural de rodas de corrente (6) da estação de acionamento por meio de peças de distanciamento (12) e parafusos (11) de maneira que os suportes do eixo do grupo estrutural de rodas de corrente podem ser removidos e o eixo central (8) pode ser deslocado lateralmente de tal maneira, que os mancais de rolamento (15) por isso agora tornados visíveis podem ser substituídos segundo um processo da invenção sem que precise ser aberta a linha transportadora ou ser desmontado o grupo estrutural de rodas de corrente para fora da estrutura de suporte. As escadas rolantes e as esteiras rolantes continuam sendo utilizáveis durante a ação de substituição dos mancais.
