Abstract

The boiler is used for local heating of small residential or public buildings and rooms as well as for hygienic purposes. It can be fired with any type of fuel: coal, oil and gas and it can be placed both in service andinhabitable rooms. Its design guarantees optimum utilization of its internal space and covering a wide range of heating capacities merely by forming a package of five type of hollow frame-like heat-exchange sections, requiring no structural charges and the type of fuel used is immaterial. The operating parameters: heat exchange, efficiency factor, water tempering along the whole volume of the boiler and the cooling of the heat tension zones are optimal. The package includes front (1) and rear (5) face sections, one or more front (2) and rear (4) chamber sections each and one or more basic sections each. All sections have each three ingoing lower holes (6), three outgoing upper holes (7) and two connecting middle holes (8) fitted with connection nipples. The volume, formed by about 2/3 of the lower part of the internal space of all sections (1-5) is divided by a dismantable fire-grate (11) of a combustion chamber (9) and an ash-tray (10) used when coal is used and integrated with the chamber (9) when oil or gas is used. The basic convection part of the boiler is made of grating structure (12) fitted in about 1/3 of the upper part of the middle sections (3), and having several rows of smoke-ducts (18) where lateral ribs crossed in space are formed. The internal spaces of the chamber front (2) and rear (4) sections are divided in an approximate ratio of 2:1 by a horizontal partition in the front section (2) and a horizontal canal (14) for dischaging the hot fumes to the rear section (4).
