The skates are used for sports and mass physical training and they improve the efficiency of training. Each skate consists of a platform (1) with two front (2) and two rear (3) roller wheels and bearing supports fitted to it. In the front of the platform (1) there is a pivot (4) to which an additional platform (5) is fitted, positioned on the other platform (1). In the middle of the additional platform (5) a first link (6) of a lever mechanism is firmly fixed getting across a slot in the platform (1) and pivotly connected to a second link (7) on the lever mechanism to which one of the ends of the working link (8) is pivotly connected. The midpoint of link (8) is connected to a pivot support (9), fitted underneath platform (1) and the other end is fabricated as a gear rack (10) meshed to a gear (11) to a pursuing mechanism (12) of a common axis (13) fix-connecting the two front roller wheels (2). The rear ends of the two platforms (1 & 5) are supplied with interlocking devices (14).
