Abstract

The sticker marker on products serves to protect and control their originality and is used in the manufacture and sales of all types of products, as well as of their components and spare parts. The marker sticker (1) contains (represents) visible digital-alphabetic personalizing number (2) with or without a Company sign (3) and leading signs along the horizontal (4) and the vertical (5), simultaneously with one (6) or several (7, 8, 9, 10) invisible digitally recorded numbers, by one (11) or several (12) 13, 14, 15) independent codes generated by different institutions having interest in the originality of the product. Matching of each visible number with one or several encoded numbers written in it, as well as other data about the product, such as shelf life, date of manufacture, etc. are kept in one (16) or several (17, 18, 19, 20) multimedia carriers CD-ROM/DVD-ROM data bases, respectively each of the institution which has included its own encoded number. 2 claims, 7 figures

Description

Technical field

The invention relates to multimedia one- and several-degree encrypted markings on products to protect and control their originality.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Protective means are known to protect and control the originality of the product, such as barcodes; ultraviolet and laser-induced luminescent inks; metal threads; throws, holo, and pixel programs, the common disadvantage of which is that they do not have a personalization number in the protection for each product, which makes them easy to fake. The paraphernalia and some kinegrams have a custom number, but there is only one and is visible. If a consumer purchases materials from a competing manufacturer, they may affix the same explicit numbers to the original parcels, easily falsify the product protected by them, and mislead the customer to purchase non-genuine goods.

The general disadvantages of the known markings, labels and protections are the following. They do not have hidden personalization numbers that are difficult to access and encrypted by illegal vendors. They do not allow the creation of such databases that will not allow corruption in the manufacturer of products, security products, tax and security institutions; does not allow the customer to engage in the fight against illegal manufacturers and to protect his own interest through quick and reliable verification.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The task is solved by placing one or more encrypted and invisible personalization numbers in the visible by encoded micro-displacement of the letters or their elements of the visible number by X and Y; increase or decrease the letters; rotate left or right letters and more.

The correspondence of each of the personalized code numbers so recorded with the visible is recorded on separate multi5 media CD-ROMs / DVD-ROMs owned and stored at the institution that submitted the product security code so that the customer who buys it can has the opportunity to check its originality.

Multimedia single- and multi-layer encrypted markings on products for protection and control of their originality, characterized in that the visible personalization number or company sign by displacing letters, numbers or an element20 of them contains pre-encrypted one or more personalization hide numbers.
