Abstract
The avermectine derivatives, in particular C-076 compoundsare produced by fermentation of nutritive medium with anundescribed so far microorganism Streptomyces avermitilis. Theycan be isolated by extraction with solvents and chromatograpicfraction techniques. They have considerable parasiticidic effectand can be included in compositions for oral or parenteralapplication in animals for the treatment of parasitic infections.
