Abstract

The method is used in the karetinocyte isolation and transplantation. The skin removal, the keratinocyte isolation and the transplantation after adhesion to the collagen can be made on the same day. Centres of epithelization are formed in the wound after the 5th to the 10th day of from the transplantation and multilayer epithelium by the 20th day. Keratinocytes of human skin are isolated and are mixed in a suspension from 1,000,000 to 1,200,000 cell/ml liquid nutrient with a suspension of native collagen carrier in concentration of 0.02 - 0.025 g/ml liquid nutrient at ratio 10:1, and 2-3 hrs later they are transplanted at ratio of donor skin area to covered wound area 1:100.
