Abstract
The system is applied in medicine. It allows to save a maximum quantity of autologic blood and to retain its sufficiency for direct reinfusion, which waives the need for intraoperative and post-operative transfusion of homologic blood. The system consists of consecutively connected vacuum source (8), a blood bank (7), an intraoperative terminal and an antiaggregant vessel (10). The intraoperative terminal is made as a concentrically fitted internal pipe (1) and an external body (2), fitted compactly in its one edge along a cylindrical, and in the other - along an expanding to the outside conical surface, while in its intermediate part a cylindrical hollow (3) is laid. It is connected with a channel (4), located in a unilateral expansion of the body wall (2). Along the conical surface of the outgoing beyond the external body (2) edge of the pipe (1), longitudinal channels (5) are formed, which interconnect with radial front channels (6). The cylindrical edge of the internal pipe (1) is connected with a blood bank (7) with a vacuum source (8), while the channel (4) is connected through a proportioning device (9) with an antiaggregant vessel (10).<IMAGE>
