Abstract
The machine is used for fungi production and for mechanization of the proportioning process, pressing and filling of the plastic bags with compost. It ensures continuity in processes regulates the mass, the density and height of the compost, simplifies the efficient actuation of the piston, which is automatically reversed. It enhances productivity and reduces the electricity expenditure. The machine includes a motive piston (5), to which a rear actuating disc (7) is embedded, in whose centre a step nut (10) is fitted. Via the step nut (10), the piston is connected with a step screw (11), which, through a kinematic gear (15) is connected with a reversive motor reductor (14). To the motive lid (4), fitted in the front edge of the chamber (2) with the motive piston (5), a roll (21) and a fixator (22), hinged through a joint (24) to the frame (1) are affixed.<IMAGE>
