This polymer finds application as an adhesive in the manufacture of medical dressings. Polyurethane biocompatible materials created by combining hydrophilic polyurethanes and castor oil based polyurethanes are used in the manufacture of dressings with a therapeutic effect, as well as of plasters for testing allergy-susceptible humans. Hydrophilic polyurethane is obtained from 18.88-37.77 parts by mass of a mixed polyol system made up of polyethyleneglycol with a molecular mass of 1550, polypropyleneglycol with a molecular mass of 1025 and ethyleneglycol at a molar ratio of 0.005:0.015:0.014, and 9.34-18.68 parts by mass of cycloaliphatic isocyanate isophorone diisocyanate. The basic CO:OH ratio in the initial components ranges between 0.5:1 and 1:1.
