Abstract

The device is used for driving of production mechanisms and machines, requiring smooth speed regulation of the driving induction motor. It changes the direction of motor rotation and allows for a large number of output frequencies at enhanced reliability. The device contains a frequency adjustment channel (1), made of connected in series square pulse generator (2), a logical bloc (3) with an additional direction reversing input, and an initial positioning bloc (4), the outputs of which are connected to the generator (2) and the logical bloc (3). The output of the frequency adjustment channel (1) is connected with one of the inputs of the logic control channel (5), consisting of three identical logic control blocs (6, 7 and 8), each with six electronic keys. The second control logic channel (5) is connected to the output of a voltage adjustment channel (9), formed by connected phase synchronization bloc (10), a phase regulation bloc (11) and a comparison bloc (12), consisting of three comparators. The third input of the control logic channel (5) is connected with the output of segregated control output (13), whose input is connected through current sensors (14, 15 and 16) with the three outputs of the power part of the frequency converter. The output of the control logic channel (5) are connected with the inputs of an output channel (18), which by its output is connected with the control circuit of the power part thyristors (17) of the frequency converter.<IMAGE>
