Abstract
The method is applicable in the food industry for hydrolysis of xylan from hemicellulose in the production of bakery products, beer, vegetable juices, etc. It has highly efficient, because it uses micromycetic strain, cultivated in a nutrient medium containing accessible and effective inductors of the enzyme biosynthesis with many other concomitant enzymes. According to the method, a strain of Aspergillus niger K-4 (registered in the National Bank for Industrial Microorganisms and Cell Cultures (NBIMCC) under No. 1702) is cultivated deeply in liquid nutrient medium, where the main source of carbon and inductor of enzyme biosynthesis is the mixture of wheat bran and corn cobs at a ratio of 1/2.
