Abstract
The casting mould is used for casting metallic and plastic patterns, metal moulds, extrusion moulds, blasting moulds and blanking dies. It enhances productivity and output quality. The casting mould consists of a working zone (1) and a filling zone (2). The filling zone (2) forms an independent pattern - consisting of a sealed or a self-solidifying mixture - with an internally laid duct cavity (4). The altitudes of the working zone (1) and the duct cavity (4) are the same. The working zone (1) contains a sealing element (6), which represents one of the options for linkage of the working zone (1) with the filling zone (2). An alternative option connects the sealing element (6) to a vacuum source, which independently seals the working zone (1).<IMAGE>
