Abstract
This gearbox is used in transport machine engineering. It ensures full reversibility at minimal axial length, a large number of degrees with a minimum number of constructive elements, and an expanded range of transmitting numbers, whose values are optimally located with equal parameters of the planetary mechanisms. The scheme of the gearbox comprises a reversible mechanism and three one-row planetary mechanisms, while the incoming shaft is connected to the driver of the reversible mechanism. The sun cogwheel of the second planetary mechanism is connected to the crown cogwheel of the third mechanism, while the crown cogwheel of the fourth planetary mechanism is connected to the driver of the third mechanism and the outgoing shaft. The sun cogwheels of the third and fourth planetary mechanisms are connected to each other by a second brake as well. The drivers of the second and fourth planetary mechanisms are also connected via a fourth brake. The crown cogwheel of the second planetary mechanism is connected to a third brake. The sun cogwheel (8) of the reversible mechanism is connected to the halve of a second connector (25) and to the halve of a third connector (26). The other halves are respectively connected to the sun cogwheel (9) and the driver (22) of a second planetary mechanism.
