Abstract

Sublimators are used in the installations for sublimated drying, thereby enhancing the quality of the dried material, which is of biological and microbus origin and is used in human and veterinary medicine, and in the food processing industry. The end of the process of detaching related moisture from the raw material is determined by the differential switch-controls for the density of the thermal-flow, while the phials are automatically closed. The sublimator comprises : a chamber (1) connected to a vacuum pump with a plate (2) placed on it, and connected to a system for heat and cold supply. A device (8) for phial closure is placed on the plate, together with a mobile plate and a system of valves. The two differentially switched controls (23 and 24) for density of the thermal flow are located in the foundation of the pan (3), under a phial (5) with a refrigerated and a dry product (4). The controls are connected by two differentiators (25 and 26) to the first inlet of the control unit (27), the second inlet of which is connected to a relay (32). The first outlet of the control unit is connected to the operating mechanisms (28, 29, 30 and 31) of the valves (17, 18, 21 and 22), and its second outlet - to the operating mechanism (34) of the valve (20).
