The press applies to the building of pre-stressed constructions. It has higher functionality, ensures a less-encumbered working process and its control when faults appear in the structure. The press includes a cylinder (1), where a piston (2) is located ,at the front end of which is a pulling head (4), mounted in a guiding sleeve (3). Next to the pulling head (4), in the guiding sleeve (3), are coaxially situated, in sequence, a clamping wedge releasing plate (5) and a clamping head (6). At the end of the guiding sleeve (3), is mounted externally a safety nut (7) with grooves in which are located stands (8), attached to the safety nut (7) with fixing bolts (9). Along the entire length of the guiding sleeve (3) inner diameter a keyslot is made, in which a key is mounted (22), fixed to the guiding sleeve (3). Springs (12) are mounted in the axial holes of the clamping head (6). At the front end of cylinder (1) is radially mounted a needle-shaped throttling element (10), used for the smooth loosening of the anchor block on the reinforced concrete element.
