Abstract

The device is designed for filtering drinking water. It has an increased functionality, a simplified design and is easy to use. The device is formed as a cup (1), in which a filtering element (4) is placed. The walls and bottom of the cup (1) are double glazed. The filtering element (4) is placed between them. A pre-filtering chamber (6) is formed at the bottom (5) of the cup (1). The filtering chamber is connected through a canal (9) to the filtering gap (3) between the double walls of the cup (1). A pipe-shaped element (7), ending with an appropriately formed tip (8), is connected to the pre-filtering chamber (6). The filtering gap (3) between the walls is connected through openings (10) to the interior volume of the cup (1).
