Abstract

The method is applied in cattle breeding, especially in transplantation of embryos. It increases the number of a donor's ovulations, increases the fertility rate of the ova and the birth of healthy embryos. The method: to prompt super-ovulation of animals, gonadotropic hormones, prostaglandines from the Group F2α and such with luteinizing action are injected. As a hormone with luteinizing action, one uses such that isolates cattle hypophisic glands (Luteosiman), which is injected into the animals twice in a dosage 1500 U at the 52nd and 62nd hour since the insertion of the prostaglandine. The animals are inseminated twice - respectively at the 60th and the 72nd since the first introduction of the prostaglandin.
