Abstract

The support is applied for the final treatment of the openings of tubes through plastic deformation. Its use leads to the increase in productivity after the ejection of the broach with the ejection of the already treated pipe and the placement of a new, subject to treatment pipe. The support includes a mobile and immobile stretching head (16 and 11), fitted coaxially to the piston rod (19) and the bottom (5) of a hydraulic power cylinder (10), connected with a hydraulic feeding system. The two stretching heads (16 and 11) are supplied with jaws (13), basing the prepared materials (20) along technological channels. The bilateral piston rod (19) of the hydraulic power cylinder (10) is prepared with a central transient aperture for feeding the prepared materials (20). The hydraulic power cylinder (10) is statically fixed to a hydraulic feeding table (7) and is affixed to a top directive (3), fitted motively to a bottom directive (1), affixed statically to the broaching machine (2). To the top directive (3), parallelly to the axis of the hydraulic strength cylinder (10), is attached a leading pipe (8) with a fitted to it supporting roll (9).
