Abstract

The method allows to carry out the necessary location-of-pieces adjustment units in the treatment of the angle incompatibility between the jointed planes and may be applied in machinery construction and equipment building. The method ensures the assembly of cylindrical links through the navigation of just one variable and the use of the weight of assembled pieces for the carrying out of the adjustment movements. The method: the jointed pieces are initially located one against the other on one plane, at which the axes make an angle phi and one of the details is static in axial direction and is located at angle alpha as of the horizontal plane. Via a linear movement of the motive in axial direction piece, a three-point contact is made, which materializes the three sliding cinematic couples of fifth class. It is characteristic that the jointed pieces are links in the cinematic chain of the device and the centering of the pieces is carried out under the influence of the created rotating moments from the forces under the weight of the assembled pieces.
