Preparation Of Compounds By Using Micro-Organisms
(AREA)
Abstract
The biologically active agents are applied in clinical and cosmic medical practice. The method has high capacity in terms of number and quantity of derived finished products, by meanwhile using a simple cultivation regime, while the derived products are chemically defined, have a wide-spectrum pharmacological activity and are virtually untoxic. The method in effect is the cultivation of a strain Khodotorula rubra RL, registered in NBIMCC under No. 1784, on a solid nutritional medium including glucose, peptone and AGAR in a proportion 2:1:2 for 70 to 120 hours at a mandatory access of light.
