Abstract

The gearing transmission is for planetary reduction gears with high gearing ratios, gear pumps, hydraulic motors, etc. It has increased loading capacity of the gears due to the larger amount of contact points between the tooth profiles and more favourable conditions for the forming of an oil wedge between the contacting profiles. The gear consists of an epicyclic wheel (1) with external teeth and a profile wheel (2) with internal teeth with a difference of one unit between the number of internal and external teeth. The profile of the external teeth of the epicyclic wheel (1) is the equal distance curve of a shortened epicyclic wheel forming a concave foundation (1.1) and a convex head (1.2) of the teeth. The profile of the internal teeth of wheel (2) internal teeth profile is a smooth continuous curve with two sections, the first of which (2.1), is an arc of a circumference, forming the tooth head, and the second section (2.2) forming the bottom between the teeth is a concave curve; the first section (2.1) is a conjugated curve both at the foundation (1.1) and at the head (1.2) of the tooth of the epicyclic wheel (1), and the second section (2.2) is a conjugated curve only at the head (1.2) of the tooth of the epicyclic wheel (1).
