Abstract
The composition and the method are employed in the field of construction chemistry and they additionally contribute to the achievement of a higher plasticizing effect via a smaller number of operations. The composition contains the following components in weight p.: melamine 100; carbamide 50 - 85; formalin 380 - 500; sodium bisulphate 400 - 550; sodium hydroxide 8 - 33; and sulphuric acid 6 - 27. According to the method, a two-stage condensation is carried out by mixing melamine, carbamide, sodium bisulphate, and sodium base. At a temperature between 88-92 degrees C, alkali condensation is carried out, then the reaction mixture is acidified with sulphuric acid and acid condensation is carried out at 60-82 degrees C. Finally the product is alkalised and diluted with water to a working concentration.
