Метод за стабилизиране на метилметакрилат при получаване на метилметакрилат от ацетонцианхидрин, концентрирана сярна киселина и метанол, характеризиращ се с това, че към фракцията от суров метилметакрилат, дестилиран от реактора за естерификация, и/или към промивната вода,използвана при препречистване на суровия метилметакрилат, се прибавя алкална или алкалоземна сол на азотиста киселина.
