Abstract

The beverage has an alcohol content less than 5% which makes it appropriate also for drivers of motor vehicles. It is a mixture based on wine which consists of 60-90 ml water purified through activated charcoal, carbon dioxide (CO2) in the quantity necessary for obtaining a concentration of carbon acid (H2CO3) with pH from 4 to 8, and 0-60 mg sweetener, 10-40 ml dry red wine, or dry white wine, or wormwood wine, 3-15 ml lemon acid, more than 570 mg/l sodium hydrogen carbonate, or 10-30 mg carbon acid (H2CO3) plus a pigment at choice.
