Abstract

The integral element of the Hall contains n-type solid-state pad (1), on one side of which are formed of equal distances from one another five identical rectangular ohmic contacts -first (2) second, (3) third, (4) fourth, (5) and fifth (6), the third is a central and current source (7). There are still two differential analogue multiplexors (8 and 9) with two inputs and one output, managing a generator of rectangular pulses (10), two differential amplifiers-first (11) and second (12), and two-channel tracking-catchy scheme (13). The first (2) and the second (3), as the fourth (5) and the fifth (6) contact are associated respectively with the inputs of the multiplexors (8 and 9), whose control inputs are connected to a generator of rectangular pulses (10). The output of one multiplexer (8) is connected to one terminal of the current source (7), whose second conclusion is related to the third ohmic contact (4), the output of the multiplexer (9) is connected with the input of the first amplifier (11), the outcome of which is incorporated with entrances on tracking-catchy scheme (13), whose control inputs are connected to a generator of pulses (10). Exits of tracking-catchy scheme (13) were joined with the entrance on the second amplifier (12) so as to implement subtraction of signals passed to its entrance. The measured magnetic field (14) is attached perpendicular to the cross-sectional area of the pad (1), as the output (15) on the integral element is the output of the second amplifier (12).
