The invention relates to encoded marking and a method for protecting, checking and certifying the authenticity of products by means of unique encoded marking, containing very big volume of encoded information, protected and recoverable in case of wear, contamination or erasing. The encoded information is obtained by stochastic modulation and alteration of the marking elements.
