Abstract

The utility model relates to an asynchronous internal combustion engine by means of which the conditions for running of the combustion processes are improved, effectiveness and economical operation are increased and at the same time the toxicity of the waste gases is being reduced at all other equal conditions. The engine comprises a casing, housing the crank-connecting rod mechanism. The revolution axis of flywheel (1) is shifted from the revolution axis of the crankshaft (2), as between them a propeller shaft (3) has been mounted, having perpendicular yokes. This type of positioning of the yokes enables shaft (2) to revolve in non-uniform manner at uniform revolving of flywheel (1). In this way the piston remains for a longer time close to the upper dead centre (UDC) and lower dead centre (LDC), and its movement in the central part of the cylinder is at higher speed. The movement of the gas distribution mechanism should be synchronized with the revolutions of the flywheel. This improves the vortex, the filling and the conditions for the complete fuel combustion. The volume in the power stroke is increased, heat losses in the cooling system, the toxicity of the waste gases and the forces of inertia in the UDC and LDC are being reduced.
