Abstract

The bin-batcher is designed for the automation of feeding of balls in grinding of ores and building materials in the mining and civil engineering sectors. It has simplified and reliable design, simple and easy servicing, protection for preventing any jamming and soiling and against uncontrolled batching and overloading which allows the complete automation of the process. It avoids any wedging from balls and by accident, and bodies, which have accidentally, not non-randomly, respectively, fallen in its interior, as well as loss of time and use of additional ways for its elimination, respectively. It is also possible to change the size of the batching of the balls and the number of doses per unit time, as well as operation in a range of batching the balls in size and quality of their surface. The bin-batcher comprises a bin with a hatch for charging (3), front (5) and rear (5.1) cover, inclined bottom with discharging hole and lock (6). It is horizontally resting along its longitudinal axis, connected to a drive (7). Hatch (3) is fitted over the surrounding surface of the bin-batcher (1), wherein the inclined bottom is fabricated in the form of batching chute (2) lying at an angle towards the generatrix of the bin-batcher. The front cover (5) is equipped with a lock with an external chute (6.1), and the surrounding surface of the bin-hopper (1) is fabricated as a screen sector (4). On the internal side of the bin-batcher the surrounding surface is equipped with a protection (4.2) to take on impacts and by inner ribs (13) against skipping, and between the front (5) and the rear (5.1) cover a device against overloading (4.1) is fitted.
