Abstract

The sound recording and reproducing device is a combination of a sound recording (1) and sound reproducing (2) device, which can also operate separately. The sound recording device (1) is mounted to a conventional and digital photo camera and comprises a microphone (3), connected across an amplifier unit (4) of the sound recording device (1) and analogue-digital converter (ADC) (5) to a mobile and replaceable unit of the sound recording memory (6). The sound recorded from the sound recording memory (6) is transferred to the carrier of the sound memory (9) of the photographic picture (10) by means of a copying device. The sound reproducing device (2) comprises a digital-analogue converter (DAC) (11), coupled in one of its sides to the carrier of the sound memory (9) of the photographic picture (10) and across an amplifier unit (12) - to a loudspeaker (13). During shooting, the sound of microphone (3) enters the amplifier unit (4) and across ADC (5) is converted into a digital signal which is recorded in the sound recording memory (6). The sound recording unit (1) also records a digital code by means of which the memory, corresponding to each photo frame is identified. For sound reproduction, the sound memory carrier (9) is fitted in the sound reproducing device (2). The information from the sound memory carrier (9), representing a digital signal, is transmitted across DAC (11) and the amplifier unit (12) to the loudspeaker (13).
