Microbial cultures of high activity and sensitivity to the antibiotics and the inhibitor agents are used. The culture develops under specific conditions in a portion of the milk under investigation. The presence of substances suppressing the development of the microflora is established by the colour reaction with an indicator. The method takes 10 min.
