Abstract
The device for returning the large-size fractions of the powder mixture of an inertia separator of an aerated coal mill is used in the power industry. It minimizes the recirculation gas flow in all modes of operation of the mill. The device comprises a flap (1) with a counterweight (2), fitted in a chute (3), connecting the bottom of the separator (4) and the inlet part (5) of the aerated mill. In chute (3) are fitted: a tourniquet (6) which is fitted between a cylindrical sector (7), formed by the bottom of the chute (3), and a cylindrical sector (8), made at the end of flap (1).
