Abstract

The oil pre-fractionation column is supplied with a pipe connection (9) for discharging the finished raw material for bitumen production, mounted in the bottom of the column, and pipe connection (10) for discharging the fractionation gases, mounted on its top. It also includes a system of screening grating heads (1), fitted along its height. In the central zone of the column there is profile filling (2), fitted between screening grating heads (1), to which, above them, on the upper part of the central zone a spreading device (4) connected by a pipe union (3) is fitted for feeding the liquid hydrocarbons, preheated to a specified temperature. 6 claims, 3 figures
