Abstract

The bus is used for transporting wounded people in natural disasters, war and other extreme situations. It consists of a compartment (2) for sitting patients and compartment (3) for lying patients, divided by a separation wall (1). The victims either sit on seats (6), or are laid on stretchers (9). Along a path (7) one can get from the one compartment into the other through a sliding door (4), resting over the partition wall (1). The ill and/or the wounded persons are let in through door (19) on stretchers (9) by a sliding platform (20). Stretcher (9) are fitted to stands (12), and/or on consoles (15). 7 claims, 5 figures
