Abstract
The alloy has improved moulding and mechanical properties. The composition comprises the following components, in wt. %: Co or Ni from 55.0 to 80.0; Cr from 18.0 to 32.0; Mo from 3.0 to 12.0; Si and Mn from 0.1 to 2.0; La2O3 and/or CeO2 from 0.1 to 1.0; boride or borides of transition metals from IV-VI group from 0.1 to 5.0 and optionally W from 2 to 13. The components of the mixture with average size up to 30 m are homogenized in the presence of carbon-containing liquids, preferably mixture of petroleum ether and extraction benzene, after which the mixture is dried at 39-60 degrees C and is pressed in blanks at pressure force from 1 to 10 t/cm2 and is sintered under vacuum or in protective medium of Ar or H2. From the blanks crowns, bridges, skeleton prostheses and other dentistry structures are produced over which ceramic (porcelain) coatings are made. 9 claims
