Abstract

The device is designed for exercising of monitoring and registration of any deviations in the physiological signals, in particular for electrocardiograms (ECG), signals from thoracic respiratory efforts, from air flows, for blood oxygen saturation, of the arterial blood pressure and others in detecting and testing of any respiration ceasing, the so-called apnea, and other physiological parameters during one's sleep. The device is also applied as a continuous 24-hour register of the arterial blood pressure with a programmable measuring cyclogram, continuous 8-hour two-channel ECG register, and others. It consists of an ECG sensor (1I), breast effort sensor (1II), air flow sensor (1III), oxygen blood saturation sensor (1IV), arterial pressure sensor (1V), respectrive electronic amplifiers (2I-2V), logarithmic amplifier (3), standardization amplifier (4), analogue-digital converter (5), microprocessor (6), matrix display (7), standard RS232 interface (8) and supply unit (9). 2 claims, 1 figure
