Abstract
The solar collector can be used for the utilization of the solar energy when fluids are heated. It has a simplified and reliable design, which can easily be assembled and having higher efficiency. The solar collector comprises a supporting housing (1) made of aluminium profile on which a bottom (2), made of aluminium is resting, and an absorber (3) being fitted on it. It comprises heat-exchange copper tubes (4), fitted in parallel to each other, engaged by heat-absorption lamellae (5) made of aluminium profile. The external surfaces of the lamellae (5) and tubes (4) have a film of selective paint. The inlet and outlet ends of the heat-exchange tubes (4) are connected by an inlet (6) and outlet (7) collector tube, respectively, which on their turn are connected to an inlet (8) and outlet (9) pipeline, respectively. The bottoms and the side surfaces of the absorber contains heat insulation (10) or mineral wool and aluminium foil. The housing (1) is insulated on the top with transparent polycarbonate coating (11). The active surface of the collector is 1.2 times greater than its total surface. 4 claims, 2 figures
