Abstract

The grill is an automatic machine for preparing meat-balls, kebabches and sandwiches on grill and is used in restaurants and in ambulant trade. It has simplified and technological design which ensures high productivity, exact weight measuring, identical and improved taste and reduced costs, meeting with the health requirements. The grill consists of a twin-screw metering unit (1) over a moving grate in cycles (2), including a guiding and guided drum (10 & 11) between which lines of endless and corrugated stainless steel wire are stretched, which wire is insulated by teflon bushings (9) and is electrically live. Electrically live chains (38, 39) are laterally suspended in a tunnel furnace (4) for revolving the meat products and the sandwiches (57) in cycles and for forming osmosis. The metering unit (1), or the gear pump (47) respectively, are swinging by means of a shaft (22) and a motor reducer of a glass wiper (42, 43) being charged from fixed jars (31, 32) by means of elastic hoses (33). The ends of the injection nozzles (34, 35) are levelled off in a contactless manner by means of fixed knives (36). Under the grating and the fire box (2, 4) a tray (58) is fitted. In one option the metering unit (1, 47) is swinging by means of a slotted frame (54), and in another option the grating (2) is united with a ratchet wheel (12) is revolving in cycles. 5 claims, 11 figures
