Abstract

The invention relates to bronchodilatation medicamentous form based on 3,7-dimethyl-purin-2,6-dion in the form of an adjunctive compound and 1,2-ethanediamine (2:1) which with the name of aminophilin is applied in the medical practice as broncholithic agent and diueretic. It has simplified composition, the supplementary substances ensuring the necessary therapeutical plasma concentrations within 12 h by active substance release in stages without having the necessity of multiple administration of the medicament. The medicament can be either in the form of coated tablets containing 100 mg of aminophilin or tablets of extended release containing 350 mg of aminophilin in wt. ratios to the supplementary substances of 2.4:1 and 2.7:1, respectivelyl. The coated tablets contains, in mg: anhydrous aminophilin from 50 to 150, mannitol SD 200 from 10 to 40, colloid silicon dioxide from 0.5 to 4, copolyvidon VA-64 from 2 to 10, talcum powder from 2 to 8, magnesium stearate from 1 to 4 and ehtylcellulose No. 10 from 1.0 to 5.0 as a coating forming substance.
