Abstract

The device shall be used in heating and water supply systems.It has greater power coefficient, efficiency and heating speed.The device consists of AC rectifier (1) and inverter (2) connectedin series the output of which is connected to the induction heater(3), and its second input - to the output of its control unit (4).First (5) and second (6) thermosensor are mechamically fitted tothe output (7) and input (8) main line of the pipeline,respectively, and are electrically connected to the two inputs ofunit (9) for temperature comparison which by one of its outputs isconnected to the input of the control unit (4) of inverter (2),and by its other one - to the input of control unit (10) of pump(11) The output of unit (10) is coupled to the control input ofpump (11) which is fitted mechanically between the inlet (8) andoutlet (9) main line of the pipeline. Induction heater (3)consists of magnetic conducting cylindrical vessel (12) which atboth its ends has valves for connection to the basic pipleine. Inthe lower part of vessel (12) there is an inlet valve (13), and anoutlet valve (14) in its upper part. On the external surface ofvessel (12) there is an electric insulation pad (15), and on it anexternal induction winding (16) is fitted which externally isprotected by a megnetic conductive screen (17) and a heatinsulation jacket (18). Inside vessel (12) there are cylindrical(19) and circular (20) distributors of the heated liquid flow.Inside heater (3) in vessel (12) an internal induction winding(21) is fitted which is enclosed in an airtight toroid cylindricalcasing (22) which, both inside and outside, has electricinsulation pads (15). In in the device there are two (or more)internal induction windings (21), each closed in its proper casing(22) by insulation pads (15), and they shall be mechanicallyfitted in vessel (12) concentrically one inside the other or oneabove the other having a gap between them.3 claims, 2 figures
