Abstract
Многослойната превръзка намира приложение при лечение на кожни поражения от химични и/или термични агенти. The inner layer that contacts the wound surface is a polyester or polysiloxane-modified polyamide mesh modified with an antimicrobial agent. The middle layer is cellulose wadding with a basis weight of 100 to 300 g/m2 and a thickness of 0.002-0.005 m, modified with an antimicrobial agent of 0.01 to 0.05 wt.%, and lidocaine hydrochloride in an amount of 0.005 to 0.01 wt.% The outer layer is of the same fabric as the first layer, either cotton gauze or impermeable foil. 1 claim
