Лечението се смята за завършено, когато кожата се възстанови напълно и стане отново гладка, еластична, мека и здрава. При открити рани съставът първо се втрива върху здравата кожа около раната. Ако раната не позволява директно мазане, върху нея се поставя марля, намазана със състава. При лекуване на гъбни заболявания по пръстите на краката и ръцете, съставът се втрива задължително около пръстите и малко срещу ноктите, с цел унищожаване на гъбните гнезда под ноктите.An example.
