Abstract

Machine destinée à fabriquer des friandises congelées, dans laquelle plusieurs barres à moules, comportant chacune plusieurs cavités, comportent des extrémités opposées qui sont reliées à des chaines entrainées en une boucle fermée. Lorsque les barres à moules parcourent le brin supérieur, les cavités sont remplies d'une matière pour friandises, sont arrosées de saumure froide pour congeler la matière pour friandises, sont munies d'un batonnet et sont dégivrées pour démouler une friandise solidifiée.
