Abstract

Le procédé pour fabriquer des récipients à paroi mince à partir de résines plastiques comprend les tapes de chauffage de la résine, placement de la résine entre un moule à paraison et une empreinte, et fermeture de ces derniers sur la résine. On applique ensuite une surpression pour forcer la résine dans le moule, puis on déplace un piston mobile dans le moule qui force le résine dans l'empreinte. En appliquant une surpression à l'intérieur du produit en formation, le récipient adopte la forme désirée tout en étant renforcé par orientation bi-axiale. On décrit également un appareil pour réaliser le procédé de l'invention.
