Abstract
The device prevents the inner tube from bursting in a disorderly way. A groove or bleeder is made in the central part of the inner tube wall facing the rolling band of the tyre. The groove is placed to precisely locate the rupture and the depth of the groove regulates the rupture action. - To inflate the inner tube, a membrane is placed inside it which divides the inner tube into two hermetically sealed pockets in the lengthwise direction.
