Abstract
Diaphragmes qui consistent en membranes d'épaisseur jusqu'à 700 microns, en polymère poreux renfermant des oxydes, hydroxydes ou sels inorganiques de volumes de pores élevés et de faible solubilité dans KOH choisis parmi les métaux alcalins et alcalino-terreux, les métaux des groupes du zirconium, du thorium et du cérium; ils présentant une résistance ohmique mesurée dans HOH 1ON à 110 degrés d'au plus 0,3 ohm/cm2, un taux de porosité supérieur à 50% avec des pores d'au plus 1 micron, une résistance à la traction d'au moins 25 kg/cm2, un module d'élasticité d'au moins 200kg/cm2 et une résistance à l'éclatement d'au moins 3 kg/cm2.
