Abstract

The nursing accessory for moistening the lips, mouth and throat of a patient who cannot or may not ingest liquids as presented in Patent 898991 operated by means of an electromagnetic or pneumatic fan, spraying a mist of liq. in quantitiser and at intervals controlled by a timer. - In the present design the liq. supplied by gravity or a pump is automatically cut-off in the event of power failure or malfunction. The cut-off throttle is controlled by ultrasound signals supplied by a variable frequency generator.(0/0)

 <Desc/Clms Page number 2>

 IMPROVEMENT filed in support of an application for a PATENT OF INVENTION filed initially on 2/23/84 under No. 898,991 (pv. 2./60347) corrected on 3/26/84 filed by
Jean Michel Anthony and Tomtec n. v. for a device that serves to moisten the lips, mouth and pharynx of sick people who are not allowed to drink

 <Desc / Clms Page number 2>

IMPROVEMENTS The device is designed with a bottle that allows the fluid to pass through a pipe by gravity or pump, controllable with an opening time and an operating time adjustable magnetic and / or pneumatic valve, which automatically closes the fluid passage in case of power failure or malfunction of the device.

   The atomization of the liquid is done through an atomizer that works with ultrasounds generated by a generator with adjustable frequency in khz.
