Abstract

The circuit gives automatic warning of the depth of parts of agricultural machines. It has one distributor manually controlled from the driving cab and another distributor is controlled by a shoe in contact with the ground. A hydraulic actuator adjusts the height, and between the first and second distributor and actuator is an adjustable throttle with a by pass circuit having a non return valve. The first distributor has three positions, neutral, hand control, and automatic control for depth. The manual position uses the by pass circuit.

   L'invention concerne un dispositif d'asservissement automatique de la profondeur d'organes de machines agricoles et plus particulièrement l'asservissement par le circuit hydraulique de la profondeur d'organes tels que les soleils de ramassage de tubercules lors de la récolte. Ce circuit hydraulique comprend essentiellement un premier distributeur commandé manuellement à partir de la cabine de commande, un deuxième distributeur commandé par un patin en contact avec le sol et un vérin hydraulique de réglage de la hauteur de l'organe. 



   Les systèmes d'asservissement hydrauliques et/ou électriques existant dans ce domaine sont en général fort compliqués et très coûteux. 



   Le but de la présente invention est de proposer un dispositif d'asservissement hydraulique de la profondeur d'organes avec des moyens très simples et peu coûteux. 



   A cet effet on prévoit dans le circuit hydraulique du dispositif d'asservissement, objet de l'invention, entre le premier distributeur hydraulique d'une part et le deuxième distributeur et le vérin hydraulique d'autre part, un étrangleur hydraulique réglable muni d'un circuit by-pass avec clapet anti-retour. 



   Afin de mieux faire comprendre l'invention on en décrira ci-après un exemple de réalisation en se référant au dessin ci-joint lequel montre un schéma hydraulique pouvant être appliqué à une machine récolteuse de betteraves. 



   L'huile provenant du réservoir T est mise sous pression par une pompe hydraulique 10 et est envoyée vers un distributeur 20 commandé manuellement à partir de la cabine. Ce distributeur 20 possède trois positions : position N ou neutre, position B ou commande de levage manuelle et position A ou position de contrôle automati-

 que de la profondeur. 



   De la sortie B1 l'huile peut atteindre, par l'intermédiaire d'un by-pass 22 le vérin à effet simple 30 de réglage de profondeur de l'outil 32 monté sur un châssis mobile 48. Le retour de l'huile par le by-pass 22 est rendu impossible par un clapet antiretour 24 et l'huile est obligée de passer par un étranglement réglable 26. 



   La sortie Al du distributeur 20 est reliée à l'entrée d'un distributeur simple 40. 



   La manette de commande de ce distributeur est prolongée par un patin 42 pouvant traîner sur le sol 44. 



   La sortie B2 de ce distributeur 40 est reliée à la canalisation de commande 46 du vérin 30. 



   Lorsque la manette de commande du distributeur 20 est amenée dans la position B, l'huile sous pression est dirigée vers la sortie   B1,   passe par le by-pass 22 et arrive au vérin 30. Par l'augmentation de pression dans la chambre 34, le piston 36 est poussé vers le haut à l'encontre du ressort 38. De ce fait l'outil 32 se déplace également vers le haut en s'écartant du niveau du sol. 



   En position N l'huile sous pression est envoyée directement vers le réservoir T. 



   En position A ou automatique, l'huile sous pression est envoyée par la sortie Al vers l'entrée du distributeur 40. Dans la position inactive N du patin 42 l'huile est renvoyée au réservoir T. 



   Par contre lorsque le patin 42 vient en contact avec le sol 44 et est déplacé par celui-ci vers la position 42', l'huile sous pression est dirigée vers la sortie B2 et arrive par la canalisation 46 dans la chambre 34 du vérin 30. Ceci provoque le relèvement immédiat et proportionnel de l'outil 32 en fonction de

 la position (inclinaison) du patin 42. 



   A cet effet, il va de soi que le distributeur 40 est monté sur le même châssis mobile 48 que l'outil 32. 



   Lorsque le patin 42 n'est plus en contact avec le sol   44,   l'huile passe par le distributeur 40 et retourne au réservoir T tandis que l'huile contenue dans la chambre 34 du vérin 30 peut retourner sous l'effet du ressort 38 par l'étranglement 26 vers le distributeur 20 et ensuite vers le réservoir T. 



   L'outil 32 et le patin 42 descendent donc doucement jusqu'à ce qu'ils soient à nouveau en contact avec le sol 44. 



   Qn obtient ainsi un réglage précis de la profondeur d'organesavec des moyens très simples et peu coûteux. 



   Un autre avantage de l'invention est que ce réglage est proportionnel et indéréglable.

   The invention relates to a device for automatic control of the depth of organs of agricultural machines and more particularly the control by the hydraulic circuit of the depth of organs such as the suns for collecting tubers during harvesting. This hydraulic circuit essentially comprises a first distributor controlled manually from the control cabin, a second distributor controlled by a shoe in contact with the ground and a hydraulic cylinder for adjusting the height of the member.



   The hydraulic and / or electrical control systems existing in this field are generally very complicated and very expensive.



   The object of the present invention is to propose a device for hydraulic servo-control of the depth of organs with very simple and inexpensive means.



   To this end there is provided in the hydraulic circuit of the servo device, object of the invention, between the first hydraulic distributor on the one hand and the second distributor and the hydraulic cylinder on the other hand, an adjustable hydraulic throttle provided with a bypass circuit with non-return valve.



   In order to better understand the invention, an embodiment will be described below with reference to the attached drawing which shows a hydraulic diagram which can be applied to a beet harvesting machine.



   The oil coming from the tank T is pressurized by a hydraulic pump 10 and is sent to a distributor 20 manually controlled from the cabin. This distributor 20 has three positions: N or neutral position, B position or manual lifting control and A position or automatic control position.

   From the outlet B1, the oil can reach, by means of a bypass 22, the single-acting cylinder 30 for adjusting the depth of the tool 32 mounted on a movable frame 48. The return of the oil by the bypass 22 is made impossible by a non-return valve 24 and the oil is forced to pass through an adjustable throttle 26.



   The output A1 of the distributor 20 is connected to the input of a single distributor 40.



   The control lever of this distributor is extended by a shoe 42 which can drag on the ground 44.



   The outlet B2 of this distributor 40 is connected to the control pipe 46 of the jack 30.



   When the control lever of the distributor 20 is brought into position B, the pressurized oil is directed towards the outlet B1, passes through the by-pass 22 and arrives at the jack 30. By the increase in pressure in the chamber 34 , the piston 36 is pushed up against the spring 38. As a result, the tool 32 also moves upwards away from the ground level.



   In position N the pressurized oil is sent directly to the tank T.



   In position A or automatic, the pressurized oil is sent via the outlet Al to the inlet of the distributor 40. In the inactive position N of the shoe 42 the oil is returned to the tank T.



   On the other hand when the shoe 42 comes into contact with the ground 44 and is moved by the latter towards the position 42 ', the pressurized oil is directed towards the outlet B2 and arrives via the pipe 46 in the chamber 34 of the jack 30 This causes the immediate and proportional lifting of the tool 32 as a function of

 the position (inclination) of the shoe 42.



   To this end, it goes without saying that the distributor 40 is mounted on the same movable frame 48 as the tool 32.



   When the shoe 42 is no longer in contact with the ground 44, the oil passes through the distributor 40 and returns to the tank T while the oil contained in the chamber 34 of the jack 30 can return under the effect of the spring 38 through the throttle 26 towards the distributor 20 and then towards the reservoir T.



   The tool 32 and the shoe 42 therefore descend slowly until they are again in contact with the ground 44.



   Qn thus obtains a precise adjustment of the depth of organs with very simple and inexpensive means.



   Another advantage of the invention is that this adjustment is proportional and foolproof.


    

Claims (3)

REVENDICATIONS 1. Dispositif d'asservissement automatique de la profondeur d'organes de machines agricoles par un circuit hydraulique comprenant un premier distributeur commandé manuellement à partir de la cabine de commande, un deuxième distributeur commandé par un patin en contact avec le sol et un vérin hydraulique de réglage de la hauteur de l'organe, caractérisé en ce qu'on prévoit entre le premier distributeur hydraulique (20) d'une part et le deuxième distributeur (40) et le vérin hydraulique (30) d'autre part, un étrangleur hydraulique réglable (26) muni d'un circuit by-pass (22) avec clapet anti-retour (24).  CLAIMS 1. Dispositif suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le premier distributeur (20) possède trois positions : une position neutre (N), une position de commande de levage manuelle (B) et une position de contrôle automatique (A) de la profondeur, et en ce que la sortie (Al) en position automatique est reliée à l'entrée du deuxième distributeur (40) et la sortie (Bl) en position manuelle est reliée par le circuit by-pass (22) au vérin hydraulique (30) de réglage de la profondeur.  2.
