Abstract

The amphibious tricycle has two front wheels and one rear one, together with two foam rubber floats fixed under the frame, and is driven by foot pedals. The front wheels are retractable, and the rear one is mounted in the tubular frame, and is used for steering, being actuated via a chain from the handlebars. The front wheels are driven from the pedals, as is the propeller. Virtually no energy is consumed by whichever of them is not actually propelling the tricycle. The floats fold upwards at front and rear, to aid storage.FL.

Hierdoor wordt de weerstand van het water verzwakt. Het voertuig is nu een perfect vaartuig geworden. De: wielen blijven continueel draaien maar geven

however, this propeller uses little energy. When the vehicle enters the water and it starts to float, the wheels are retracted using a handle next to the steering seat. This weakens the resistance of the water. The vehicle has now become a perfect vessel. The: wheels continue to rotate but give continuously
(just like the propeller when it is OUT of the water)) no energy loss. When the vessel has approached the land sufficiently, the wheels can be lowered back and
